Frequently asked questions

Can You provide a separate course: for a group or an individual?

Please contact Managing Director at Info@transitionsecurityacademy.com and provide as much information as possible, such as:

  • How many participants
  • Date and name of the training
  • type of the course custom or standard
  • Execution date and location
  • Previous experience of the group

Soon we receive these information above, we will reach out to you with further plan of execution if we have no more questions.

Equipment: What do I need?

  • Tactical Clothes
  • Tactical Gloves
  • Sturdy Belt
  • Shooting glasses
  • Shooting ear protection: earmuffs, earplugs
  • Tactical Shoes
  • Clothing suitable for weather
  • Sunglasses (optionally)
  • Suite and tie or other business elegance clothes for practical tasks / VIP Protection only
  • PC / Personal Computer or optionally tablet or good quality phone (recommended but not required)

Language

All our courses are provided in international English or Arabic. Groups and organisations with a specific desired language are welcome to reach out to us and, a common solution will be found.

Please note that TSA soon will start providing services in Spanish – German and Dutch.

When shall I sign up and pay to keep a place?

The sooner, the better

Where do courses take a place?

Bratislava. You will receive the Google maps coordination after safely arriving otherwise Transportation is provided by the TSA facility.

Do I need Visa in order to enter Slovakia? How to apply for Schengen Visa?

In the case of VISA refusal, we will refund you the paid amount minus a small handling fee (10 GBP / 10 EUR / 10 USD).

In case of PayPal payment, handling fee can reach 10% of the total amount we got from You.

Do I need to conduct a PCR test before coming to Slovakia?

There is no more COVID restriction in Slovakia at current. Its best to check your local laws and all visited airports for assurance.

What does the course fee includes?

Professional training runs by Naval special forces with extensive proven experience.
Necessary equipment/gears for your personal use
Certificates and diplomas
Airport pickup and drop.

Meals and hotel in long courses

What are the payment options for the courses?

Bank Transfer / Advanced payment

After having registered, you will receive an invoice for advanced payment. you may ask to pay a deposit of 300 EUR (Non-refundable) or equivalent depending on the currency you choose. Then your place is booked on the system.
Then, you must pay the remaining amount at least 7 working days before the course starts.
II option:
Having registered and paid the full amount in advance.
No matter which option you choose, you are obliged to pay full amount for the courses before you come to the training.
If you decide to pay advanced payment, the second transfer of the remaining amount must be done in the same currency.

It is highly recommended paying via BANK TRANSFER.

I have paid but I cant attend?

Two weeks free cancellation before course. No refund if not cancelled and confirmed via email 14 days before the course start.
